I am absolutely thrilled with the Bentgo kids lunch box! The 5 compartments are a game-changer, allowing me to pack a variety of foods for my daughter's lunch. Not only does it help keep everything organized, but the leak-proof design gives me peace of mind that her lunch won't make a mess in her bag. One of my favorite features is the ability to include a small treat in one of the compartments. It's such a thoughtful touch, and my daughter loves discovering her little surprise during lunchtime. We have had this Bentgo lunch box for a little over a year and it is absolute amazing! My 5 year old is able to take his lunch frequently to school and doesn’t require assistance opening packages or containers! He also doesn’t have to waste his lunch time dealing with difficult packaging. He just pops it open and everything is ready to eat! I will definitely be ordering more for our daughter.

I bought this lunchbox for my kindergartener in aug 2023. It is now dec 2023 and the lunchbox is very difficult to close, like it is warped or something. I am in contact with customer service, which seems to be more than accommodating when these things happen. Otherwise, I feel this is more for toddlers, not for kids 5+ (unless your kid doesn’t eat). The sections are nice but it’s very difficult to fit a full sandwich. It’s def big enough for a half sandwich. My kid eats so, this doesn’t suit him.

Bought this lunch box and book bag for my 4 year old and I absolutely love it. It’s completely secure and just very cute. The customer service of the company is amazing as well. The rubber had mold spots and when I reached out they were quick with steps to get rid of the mold. When the suggestions did not work they were amazing and sent me a new one right away even though it was not covered under the warranty. Not only will I keep buying their products because they are great products but because their customer service is exceptional.

We have 6 of the style bentgos. Most we have had for a year +. Unfortunately our two newer ones have both broken at the tabs (outer shell). After speaking to the company the outer shell shouldn’t be dishwashed, even in the top rack (the symbols imprinted on the outer shell says different). We will continue to buy these just simply for convenience and functionality for school lunches.

My daughter, now entering kindergarten, is a grazer. This box is perfect for her! Her yogurt doesn’t leak (I haven’t tried anything with a lot of liquid, but her watermelon doesn’t seem to leak into other compartments). And with two thin ice blocks inside the cooler bag, the food stays chilled well into the afternoon once I pick her up from after school care. We’ve had it for a year, and the only issue I had was mold forming on the silicone seal when I left food in it for a couple days after an illness that ran through the household. However, customer service was a huge help in addressing the issue.

My daughter’s lunchbox had a leak. I contacted their support team, Abby replied the very next day, and received a replacement within a week. The entire process was quick, easy, and painless! I am very pleased with their product and service. The Bentgo Lunch Box is durable, easy to clean, the compartments keep the food servings from spiling over to the next, and it’s SUPER CUTE!!

I have twin 5 year olds and have used Bentgo boxes for their daycare and now Kindergarten. I just purchased one for my 18 month old and couldn't be happier. It's durable and does not crack no matter how many times my toddlers dropped them. Thank you for making a durable lunch box.

I’ve had several Bentgo boxes over the years and 3 kiddos that use them daily for lunches. They’ve always held up well, even with dishwashing multiple times a a week. I love that I can throw them in the freezer the night before and it’ll keep cool for the kids lunches. I’ve had to email support because the lock latch broke on my oldest box just recently and they still hold true to their warranty!

I have been a Bentgo customer for years. This lunch container is the perfect size and makes you think about providing a well balanced lunch full of variety. Cathy from customer service was incredible!! She was exceptionally polite, helpful, and efficient. Such a wonderful company all the way around!
