Alkaline water is so good for you especially if you have acid reflux and pathogens cannot live in an alkaline environment.

Like this water to balance my PH, especially after eating too much acidic food. Helps keep heartburn at bay.

I bought this for overall health but it's not what it seems. The taste and how I feel afterwards, I get headaches and feel fatigue.

Tastes like drinking distilled water. I'll stick to Arrowhead water. Plus don't think it really is that high of alkaline like it says.
