I bought this for overall health but it's not what it seems. The taste and how I feel afterwards, I get headaches and feel fatigue.

This water is very good is smooth going down my throat, I can't take water that's not really clean and smooth and this water really never makes me choke! Even though it's bottled in plastic, it is a very good quality!

I struggle to drink water through out the day. This water taste good to me and the large bottles makes it convenient and easy to track. I know if I can drink 2 per day I've hit a sufficient amount.

This is my basic water that I use for the gym visits everyday of the week. I add two tubes of Liquid I.V. - also available at Sam's - best price - as low as 93¢ per tube.

A friend suggested drinking an alkaline water to help with frequent heartburn and it worked. The other waters were too pricey but this is a good deal.
