I love it. I read that it helps with canker sores in the mouth which I get a lot of and I mean a lot from stress. I think it works for me.

Wish they didn’t add alkaline to their plus water because now my family doesn’t want it, alkaline is controversial as to its benefits so we won’t be buying it again, it was a great value before.

I tossed the pack I bought due to a very strong aftertaste that reminded me of the way swimming pools smell or toilets after chemical clean. Just my opinion but his water was beyond unacceptable and I really wanted to like it die to the price.

Great price for a case and good tasting alkaline water.
