I was really impressed with how this went together. Everything lined up well enough, and was easy enough to put together. My only complaint is the roof. The roof isn’t designed for places that have heavy rain the metal roofing doesn’t extend long enough to shed water properly. Both ends also don’t have any roofing material over them, so they are completely exposed to the weather. The design for this roof is a poor choice. The edges are high, with no roofing material, then it drops lower to where the roofing material is, which causes the roofing material to not protect the wood. They should have just designed the roof as a regular roof.

I purchased the Backyard Discovery - 16x12 Norwood Gazebo to replace a flimsy metal gazebo. I have had 2 different metal gazebos the last few years & I have had to replace the cloth canopies 3 times even though I removed them in the fall. It was getting quite expensive to keep fixing them. I am sooo glad I found this Norwood gazebo because it is extremely strong & sturdy and it looks great!! Although it is initially more expensive than the cheap gazebos I had been purchasing, my new Norwood gazebo should last a long time, and without having to mess around removing and reinstalling a canopy seasonally. Another great feature is the power distribution box. I am planning to put lights & a TV in it so this adds even more value. They have a website that shows how to easily assemble it & I would recommend to anyone purchasing one to refer to it. I am extremely happy with my purchase & would absolutely recommend it!

This product came in several boxes, safely and appropriately packed. None of the cartons were too heavy that they couldn't be easily moved with a standard hand truck. My wife and I spent the first afternoon building each end piece. The following day, we built the middle section. With the help of a neighbor, we were able to assemble all three sections of the frame in less than 40 minutes. We had to wait one or two days because of bad weather, but managed to install all four roof sections in about 2 hours time. All In all, we took less than 6 hours to construct the entire gazebo.

My husband just built our new gazebo. We love it we had a massive rain last night and the furniture basically stay dry even know there was a lot of wind. The intricate design of this gazebo is amazing. He pretty much built it himself except for needing help with putting the roof up. We are thrilled with our new gazebo.

This is absolutely a substantial and good looking structure. I'll be 80 in 5 months and I built this by myself (had 4 friends in their late 60's and 70's help put the roof panels up onto the trusses). I worked on it 5 hours a day for 5 days ; with the help of my Kubota. My wife and I are completely satisfied with the project; our boat has a place to stay.

We bought this a month ago. I took my time putting it up but we have been out under it every night since. The directions were very easy to follow and the holes all lined up perfectly. I was very impressed. I did have to alter the directions a bit, because I was building most of it alone, but the finished product is extremely sturdy and looks beautiful. Already have neighbors asking where we got it. I did shop around, and found Backyard Discovery to have a superior product and reasonably priced. I feel confident it will withstand a NH winter. I bought my Brindlewood Gazebo almost 2 years ago and I just have to say it has just made wonders in my backyard and has really Enhanced Is the features on my backyar This casino took 2 of us to put together and took about eight hours. Where I find the most about this ultimate gazebo is that it makes great shade and had held up to the to strong 50 mile winds and the rain and still looks new after almost 2 years and still standing strong . And that's why it's the ultimate Gazebo.

It has made it through 70 plus mile an hour winds, terential downpours and a hail storm. It still look brand new. Highly recommend. It definitely takes at least three people to put together

I paid extra to have it assembled and it was a good thing. It took about 5 hours for 3 experienced men to do. I couldn’t have done it in a week. The only reason I didn’t rate this for five is because the anchor bolts that go into the concrete were not adequate. I had to buy my own at a hardware store to make it anchored properly.

We purchased the Brindlewood Gazebo to add a place to escape the strong sun in the summer. We were very pleased with the entire process. Fast delivery, easy assembly, and it looks amazing. We highly recommend. Note: The majority of the build was done by one person. We enlisted help of a couple friends to place the roof and lifting of the frame.
