I bought this about a month ago and built it myself following the detailed instructions. Had a couple of doubts and called Backyard discovery technical support. Mae was excellent in answering my questions and providing some extra supplies in a very timely manner. I couldn't be happier with the results.

We just got our 12x20 and are almost done with the assembly. The booklet and the app provide very clear instructions on putting it together. That is incredibly helpful. My husband and I have mostly done the work but because it’s springtime, the weather has been our obstacle. We love it so much already that we purchased the grillzebo to match. My son graduates high school in May and we are looking forward to celebrating with him on the new patio with friends and family. We will finally have an outdoor space we have looked forward to for years.

I paid extra to have it assembled and it was a good thing. It took about 5 hours for 3 experienced men to do. I couldn’t have done it in a week. The only reason I didn’t rate this for five is because the anchor bolts that go into the concrete were not adequate. I had to buy my own at a hardware store to make it anchored properly.

I bought this gazebo to replace an existing Tiki hut with a deteriorating thatched roof. I love the clean lines of this structure and how it fits into my poolside space. I especially like the durability of the metal roof and the wind rating (we’ve had two major storms this year with tropical storm force winds and no damage to report)

In the pictures this was great looking with lot of cool architectural details. It is even better in person. This came in some large heavy boxes, so make sure you have friends to help move and assemble it. But, it was easy to assemble with all the parts needed and clear easy to follow directions (took us a weekend, but we didn't slave away either). Would buy this again in an instant

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our gazebo in April 2023 and it has been the best addition to our yard. It gives us much needed shade and is a great entertaining space. The wood is beautiful and has stood up to some crazy summer storms already. Assembly was very easy! I built most parts myself and my husband helped with the heavy lifting and putting the assembled pieces together. We added curtains, lights and a TV and have a whole outdoor space that we use most of the year. If we ever move, I’d buy another Backyard Discovery gazebo in a heartbeat!

We purchased this gazebo from a big box store and built it ourselves. The final product is great, we have really been enjoying it! 4/5 stars because some of the instructions could have been more clear, and some of the parts in the kit were missing or incorrect. Backyard Discovery was great in that they shipped us new and correct parts, no questions asked.

I’ll keep it simple: after buying and returning a cheaper product from a local big box store, the quality surprised me. Excellent! There was one miscut piece in the boxes and it was Fedexed to me the same day I called. The city inspector was very complimentary about the quality of the final product. We love the new area and feeling it created in our yard. Love it!

We purchased and installed the Norwood 14x12 gazebo in June 2022. Everything from the ordering process, delivery, customer service and build was perfect! The Bilt app was fantastic to use on this project. This was a great family project to build together. The quality of all wood, hardware and metal roof was very high quality. This gazebo withstood 60+ MPH winds and a Northeast winter with no issues. We have received so many compliments and referred many to Backyard Discovery. We highly recommend and plan to purchase more items from Backyard Discovery.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very pleased with this Gazebo that replaced the Metal one that was destroyed by Hurricane Ian. Very Sturdy and has held up to the weather where we are right on the water. The electrical box already on the Gazebo made it easy to hook it up for electricity. Paid for crew to erect the unit and they were very knowable and professional.
