I was skeptical about the mattress in a box, but when we unpacked it and placed it on our box spring, it expanded and was surprisingly comfortable! We love it as it provides a good night's sleep!

I had hip pain every morning...since Ive installed this, no more morning pain! It is cool to lay on, very comfortable and you couldnt beat the price!

there is an obvious defect with this mattress, but Sam's will not pick-up or refund because I picked it up curbside. I have no way to return it without renting a truck. HORRIBLE - stay away (see pics)

Medium was pretty firm - my husband loved it and HATED the Firm. The Firm was like laying on a plank of pine wood with a blanket over it. The Ultra Plush works well for me - soft enough to sleep, where the medium was a bit on the firm side for me.

The mattress is comfortable and fits my needs in a spare bedroom. I have napped on it several times and have really found it worth the price. I am thinking about ordering a King size mattress for my masterbedroom.

It is very comfortable. Didn't have a smell as some other reviews mentioned. We left it to "rise" for 48 hours. First night on it, I slept all through the night, which I haven't done in years. It's not too soft or too firm.

We get great comments on how comfortable this bed is from guests who stay at our glampground. I believe it is right in the middle ground for most types of sleepers. We have one in all 4 of our dwellings.

Excellent mattress so far, hopefully the foam will hold up. Extremely comfortable, supportive - you don’t sink in too much it feels like being on nice cooling fabric not a “foam pad” if that helps…

We bought the "medium" firmness mattress as that is the only firmness Sams sells in the store, and we needed the mattress quickly before guests came to visit. It is softer than i would like, but is still comfortable.

Bought this for the guest room at my parents hoping it would be better than the rock hard, lumpy mattress they had. Best sleep we have had in weeks. Spent 4 nights on it and now are considering replacing our mattress
