Not too soft, not too hard. Medium firm is the correct description for this mattress. This is the 2nd one I have purchased - 1 for our guest bedroom (full) and 1 for my grand-daughter (queen).

It was a gift for my 93yr old mother who wasn’t sleeping. This was perfect for her paired with the mechanical base. She is very comfortable and sleeping now! Thank you Sams club. You never disappoint!

Mattress is comfortable. I bought 2 for each of my kids going to college. Although, the end of both mattresses are sunken in and will not totally flatten out like the top of the mattress. I suspect it is how they were packed.

This might be a very good mattress if it fit. This Twin XL is 40 inches wide. The Mattress will not make Split King (4 inches of overhanging for the pair). NOT GOOD

It is very comfortable. Didn't have a smell as some other reviews mentioned. We left it to "rise" for 48 hours. First night on it, I slept all through the night, which I haven't done in years. It's not too soft or too firm.

Very easy to deal with. Delivered to our home and then open box. Unroll and cut plastic, wait for the mattress to inflate. Very comfortable. We own a king and two queens now.

Super comfy! Cant beat the price especially during the Memorial Day sale. I considered one of these for a couple years and finally did it, like sleeping in a luxury hotel now.

I bought this mattress but haven’t slept on it yet. It smells like glue or chemicals . I aired out the room , turned fan on, opened windows, put deodoranizer on plug and it still smells.

This is by far the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on and I am 83 with moderate to severe arthritis in several places, so that is saying a lot.. Super price, too!

Great mattress! Well made and this is our second queen purchase of same mattress. The medium firmness is just right. Feels plush and comfortable. Beats any high end $1000+ mattress. You won't regret it. We use it on a platform and it's perfect!
