Just received, cooked supper in it. The great thing is it gets instantly hot, the not so great thing is that it has cooler spots and hotter spots.

Works well for our family of 5. The coating has started to come off and the pan is warping. I only us soft plastic utensils.

I love using this product, but the strong electrical burning smell coming from it gives me concern. What do I do? Is there a way to replace it?
