Taste was ok, I wouldn’t buy it again, my dog loved it.

The first brisket I bought was wonderful. The second one was terrible. Tough, full of fat and gristle.

Very disappointing. Extremely fatty. Had great flavoring but was basically like bacon due to amount of fat.

The meat was so fatty and tough that you couldn't eat it. Was extremely disappointed. Will not buy again

I don't know how they call this brisket. It taste like fake ham. It was so gross! I hate that I spent so much on it thinking I was getting brisket.

Texture is like boiled meat not at all like smoked meat. I don't recommend it. I won't buy it again.

these ribs tasted more like they were baked and barbecue sauce add it later. they never saw a wood pit, there wasn’t even a hint I would smoke..

We love brisket and gave this a try, cooked it both recommended ways hoping for a different result but no luck, this brisket is very chewy and lots of fat, good flavor but I was hoping it would be tender... Not going to buy it again!

I purchased several of these but noticed that the fat amount was inconsistent. Some have beautiful slices with vertually no fat but others are mostly fat. For the price, it’s not worth it.

I guess I'm spoiled. I have smoked brisket several times and this is easily worse than my worst effort. I guess people who like this have not really had authentic smoked brisket.
