I purchased this item at another store months ago. Went back a couple weeks ago to buy for sister's birthday. Nothing! They said they never carried it! Must have been a dream. Couldn't find it anywhere in town. Looked for weeks in every store I could think of. Then, went online and saw it advertised in Sam's Club. Surely enough, I joined the club and purchased two Sadler's Briskets. I put it in a baking pan, poured some Baby Ray's on it, aluminum foil and 375deg for about 45 minutes and every one who ate of it at my church sang it's praises! No pun intended. It is the first of many meals that I will serve with this item. The price was better than what I had purchased before. Thank you, Sam's Club.

I do not write very many reviews but I do like to read them. I purchased my Sadler's brisket from Sam's about a month ago. I had read some of the reviews and I did not know what to expect. Personally I thought that the brisket was easy to prepare. It had a great taste and had only minimal fat. I am very happy that I bought this and I do plan to buy again soon.

I've purchased this item about half a dozen times now, and most have been what is expected, smoky and flavorful. But there has been a few that are very dry or overly fatty. Now fat does add flavor to a beet cut, but I do not like fat that is like chewing on rubber inner tube. The dry ones I've had are too lean and simply fall apart. I've yet to find a way to tell the quality before purchase, so if anyone has advice I'd love to hear it because the ones that are properly trimmed and not dried out are delicious! Personally I think the price is a bit too high for that level of quality to be confident in purchasing it regularly.

Bought 2 packages for July 4 company and this brisket was embarrassingly bad. Tough, grisly and tasted bad. Attempting to chew a bite results in a huge ball of tough meat. My husband can normally chew and swallow anything, but not this. I would not feed it to a stray, starving mongrel. I would give this product zero stars if possible.

First purchased in Albuquerque NM in Feb, 2016. The best every by far. I've made my own brisket and have several others in different restaurants. This one is by far the BEST ever. I've treated my son and his friends and everyone is simply amazed! It is now the Sat. and Sunday football tailgate favorite. Monday, Wed, Friday...the BEST!. Tue and Thurs even better. Makes no difference. Please do yourself a favor and get some. Serve on a toasted Kaiser roll with your favorite BBQ sauce, baked beans, potato salad and slaw. None better...just do it!

So, we picked this up, for a couple days we got out what we wanted to make a sandwich, nuked it and enjoyed. Then the majority of it went into a crockpot with just enough water to cover the bottom, bbq sauce on top and WOW! Super amazing for folks who either are too busy to cook or just don't want to spend all day tending a smoker.

We normally like this but the last purchase was extremely fatty throughout the whole meat

Great product for a small price. This has a great taste and is very good value.

Great flavor and a real crowd pleaser. Easy to warm up in the oven; doesn’t take much time.
