Sadler's Smokehouse Mesquite Beef Brisket 2 lbs.

Almost half of it was fat. Threw half of it away.

Where's the beef

Very tender and flavorful.  Will buy again.

Heats up quick and simple for a fast dinner or lunch.

Smells like you smoked it.

If you want rough hard to chew meat this is for you.  It was dry, with very little seasoning or smoke flavor.  I tried heating it up low and slow in the oven and on the stove top in bbq sauce and the meat was tough as a cow hide.  I tried it twice and throw it in the trash both times.  Don’t buy this, you will only be disappointed.

Shoe Leather

Mesquite beef brisket pre-cooked. I put it in the crockpot and add a little water and barbecue sauce and honey. Mix together and let it sleep all day. It was great. We ate on it for about 3 days for sandwiches.
