If i had picked it myself i wouldnt have picked such a fat one. But good nonetheless

Was very bland and dry. Followed preparations as listed and it just awful like chewy meat paper.

taste is great, but meat has more fat than it used to have.

dry, eats like ham not beef

Juicy tender and easy to fix, best taste ever!

Needs more juice. Too dry.

Almost half of it was fat. Threw half of it away.

One pound of beef and one pound of fat

Didn’t taste like real meat. No flavor

Tastes like ham. Not at all like brisket.
