Taste real good but expensive

Usually very tasty/5 star but recently, not so good. Are they rushing the smoking process?

Meat was dry and a little tough

Dry and overcooked. Flavor was just OK. Too expensive for the low quality,

So tough, I threw away. it was inedible.

Very tasty easy preparation

It was ok. Taste like bologna.

Tastes like ham. Not at all like brisket.

Perfectly cooked brisket. There's plenty so plan on using it for 2 meals for a family of 4.
