This beef is delicious. One thing people should be aware of is that the meat is already cooked and only needs warming. If you over heat it, it will fall apart.

This is a good quality brisket. I bought this for a church function when there wasn't time to buy a cook a brisket myself. Since this is already sliced portions are set. Thickness is good for sandwiches.

This makes a quick and easy meal. Have Bar B Q sandwiches Or have hot roast beef open sandwhich. Gravy mash potatoes. I have used it for beef and noodles. Or just serve it as roast beef already sliced easy. I love this product.

It was tender on juicy, but just not seasoned enough. You have to make sure that you pick on that has a lot of spice on it to make sure that it is seasoned well.
