This is a quick addition to your menu. Just heat and serve. I add a little garlic powder and montreal steak seasoning. This can be chopped for loaded potatoes, sandwiches, wraps, or breakfast burritos. My husband even used it with deviled eggs.

The meat was flavorful, we added our favorite BBQ sauce. The meat could have been sliced a little thicker - with the compressed bag the slices stuck together and were difficult to separate. The last 1/3 of the package was very fattty.

This is seriously delicious! I appreciate that I can look at the meat and see if it is more or less fatty too. We prefer the lean brisket. It doesn't need BBQ sauce, but since it doesn't have any sauce on it you can use your preferred sauce.
