Flavor is good but it's wayyyyyy too salty. This is from who likes seasoned food. Bought it to make chopped beef sandwiches and it was edible but way more salt than we prefer. Not sure what I'll use the rest of the package for but we won't purchase this again.

Great taste easy to prepare

took a chance e and it payed off! will buy again and the price is right for my budget

Not from Texas Fatty and Dry

Thin cut, and considerable amounts of grease and fat.

A little fatty, but it's brisket, better if you nuke a few slices at a time 30 seconds to a minute

I didn't like it because it was thin and DRY.

The brisket was very tasty and not over done

Delicious and my family loved it

We are always pleased with this item. It's a quick and easy dinner
