Like the smaller size. Had a small group and amount was perfect.

It was moist enough but we just didn't like the flavor. No seasoning flavor, just smoke. I personally ended up throwing out more than 3/4 of it.

My family loved this. We ended up making brisket and brie tacos with fig jam and it was a hit. I've bought it again already in less than two weeks.

Best store bought brisket. Smokey and tender. I cook it in mini convection ovens aka air fryer, sauté and add as is to dishes.

This is something that you cannot go wrong with. Flavor is wonderful, quick, easy and makes clean up easy too.
