Worst brisket I have EVER had 75% FAT Terrible cut

I bought this and was skeptical but it is really a good product.

I suggest a different packaging because I don’t like the one now. It’s difficult for me to open.

This was an awful excuse for brisket. Salty beef rubber.

Way too fatty and didn’t really have any smokehouse flavor.
