I have gotten this product for years. I love it! Unfortunately, this last time, the one I got was mostly fat and gristle. I was so disappointed.

The little bit of meat you get is tender and tasty. However it was at minimum half fat that I had to trim and throw away. Not buying again.

Greasy, salty, fatty, not a lot of meat, small 2lbs, probably liked by some, it was terrible and not worth $$.

I've only bought this once to try and I found this brisket way too fatty to eat (40%-50%) I never expected this much fat and I just threw it away. Won't try it again.

If there was a rating in the negative, this product deserves it. No flavor, large chunks of waste meat glued to bottom, sliced less than halfway through. Not edible! Will not buy again.

I did a double take on the package making sure I didn’t buy pork. Brisket smelled like pork when I opened the package and it was super tough. Hate that I bought it.

This brisket is terrible. I thought I would try it and I was hopeful. I wanted this to be a great brisket but it just wasn’t. The flavor, the cut and texture was not that of a brisket. Just don’t.

We had this product about 6 months ago and it was moist but not fatty and pretty tender. This package was dry and a little tough. Ended up chopping it and mixing BBQ sauce in with it to make it more appealing. Dissatisfied Chopped

So good! We loved this. All bad reviews about texture probably didn’t heat it right.

My 2nd purchase. Best smoked Brisket ever!!!!!!
