First purchased in Albuquerque NM in Feb, 2016. The best every by far. I've made my own brisket and have several others in different restaurants. This one is by far the BEST ever. I've treated my son and his friends and everyone is simply amazed! It is now the Sat. and Sunday football tailgate favorite. Monday, Wed, Friday...the BEST!. Tue and Thurs even better. Makes no difference. Please do yourself a favor and get some. Serve on a toasted Kaiser roll with your favorite BBQ sauce, baked beans, potato salad and slaw. None better...just do it!

The only "beef" that I have with this product is that whenever I heat it up, the flavor changes! I've found that when eating it at room temperature the taste is great!! I've tried to heat the brisket several times with the same results. Has anyone else had this same experience? I'd like to know why?

I purchased this item at another store months ago. Went back a couple weeks ago to buy for sister's birthday. Nothing! They said they never carried it! Must have been a dream. Couldn't find it anywhere in town. Looked for weeks in every store I could think of. Then, went online and saw it advertised in Sam's Club. Surely enough, I joined the club and purchased two Sadler's Briskets. I put it in a baking pan, poured some Baby Ray's on it, aluminum foil and 375deg for about 45 minutes and every one who ate of it at my church sang it's praises! No pun intended. It is the first of many meals that I will serve with this item. The price was better than what I had purchased before. Thank you, Sam's Club.

We got several meals from this and all were delicious, sandwiches and served with vegetables. Every meal was great, the meat was moist and tender and so full of flavor. It does have some fat but that is what gives the best flavor. 100% Lean meat is tasteless and dry, this is neither. It's a great proportion for tenderness, and flavor. We loved it.

I was coordinating an event for 160+ folks--tailgate style. Decided that I would love to add a brisket to the menu. I had had it once and was in love with that one but it was from a catered event. Hoping for the same results and encouraged by the reivews, I gave it a try. I was hooked with my first bite which was in the back of the kitchen during the event trying to grab a bite of dinner for strength to close it out. I am now looking to make it a regular purchase. Will buy the big pack, break it up, freeze and enjoy. Taking to parents/family for Thanksgiving and will provide for my own holiday meals. So thankful that God gave someone this ability. Love it!

Remember guys; this is mere brisket! Not actually the most expensive cut of meat. However, I liked it. I manually cut it finely across the grain, mixed it into some mashed spud. Added some other moderate spices, including a little garlic powder ... oh, ... and some real butter, bottled beef gravy; and yummm. Tasted great! No complaints here!

Bought 2 packages for July 4 company and this brisket was embarrassingly bad. Tough, grisly and tasted bad. Attempting to chew a bite results in a huge ball of tough meat. My husband can normally chew and swallow anything, but not this. I would not feed it to a stray, starving mongrel. I would give this product zero stars if possible.

Disappointed in the consistency of quality. Our family typically really enjoys this brisket. But you never know if you are going to get a good batch or not. My last purchase was through pickup, so I didn't get to pick my own and it was a bunch of gristle and fat, packaged all in a jumble. I do mostly pickups at Sams, but will have to go inside and take a look before grabbing this next time. It is not cheap either.

I ordered 2 beef briskets 1 looked Great the 2nd brisket didnt look the same color was off in fact i said to the guy loading my order why did they look so different he just kept saying they were the same thing ??¿ No they wern't the second one was nothing but fat the first one was great If I was in the store I would have Never put that one in my basket.

I've purchased precooked brisket at Sam's, but it's been a while. I thought my last purchase was quite good so I made a repeat purchase. This one was totally gagtastic. This must be an altogether different brand from my last purchase as it doesn't even compare. My last purchase was flavorful, moist and tender. This was bland, dry and a bit on the chewy side.
