The meat had a lot of fat and it was small

This is soooo good we have bought it so many times and love it!!!!

It worth the money the meat was very dry (not was t over cooked and it was 70%fat

Too much fat on the cuts.

Only ok. Ended up putting teriyaki sauce over it, breaking it apart and then heating it up.

I had to boil it in water to tenderize and added barbecue.

Ok taste and flavoring but not terrible for premade brisket.

Fun and easy way to make sliders for large group.

Very expensive at over $12.00 a pound but has a very good taste
