I’ve used Michelin tires for many years and never had a problem. I have a vibration problem with my Kia (1007 Sportage) and every thing, and I mean everything, has been checked and the last resort was to put 4 new tires on. I put on the same tire that were on the car, Michelins of course. The current tires were near aging out even though they were only about half worn out. So new tires—but the same vibration. Now what do I do. The car has been gone over twice by two different tech, both fully certified and both are stumped. Now what. 
The tires are great though.

Now what?

I bought the tires a day ago. I did not put to many miles on them in one day, but I can already tell that these are excellent tires. Very quiet, great dry grip and great handling and ride comfort. My old tires (the new tires the car came with) were Goodyear Assurance Finesse. They were quiet, but not very grippy and they only lasted 3 years/40,000 miles.

Excellent Tires

I was told by the manager who wrote up my appointment that the new tires would be placed on the front of the car and that the old tires on the front, would be rotated to the back. That was not done. The manager on site, when I reported my compliant, would not make the correction. He stated that the new tires are always on the back and that I would have had to sign a waiver if I wanted them on the front. I was not told that. The manager who initially took the appointment, said that it was their process to put the new tires on the front. I believe my tires were put on the back instead of rotating them was done out of convenience to save time in their productivity. My car was the last appointment that day.

Bad customer service

This is my fourth set of Michelin's for three different cars. Second set on my Santa Fe. Just love them the ride is just so smooth. But more than even thing is the Michelin's reputation. Again just a perfect tire for all season long. Thanks Michelin.
