High quality product! Great to grind some lamb up!

Not sure why Sam's changed their supplier, I have been buying Sam's Club lamb for years. I bought this lamb from the new supplier and every single one of us got violently ill with food poisoning, complete with projectile vomiting and other unpleasantries lasting for days. If you are considering this land maybe you should reconsider and I hope Sam reconsiders their supplier! I will never buy from this company again. And yes, I take every precaution while preparing my food. It was the lamb, no doubt about it.

I was reluctant to purchase this lamb because the legs were huge meaning they were not spring lambs. The employee did find me a 4# one but then I wasn't sure if they just cut a larger leg. I returned it after I read the bad reviews. I went to Meijers and pruchased NZ leg for the same price as Sam's was asking. And it was deliscious. I had been buying the NZ lamb for years and my mom had for years prior as well. I'm not sure what is happening with Sam's but I may take my business elsewhere. Items I go to Sam's to purchase are now not available in the store or online. Do better Sam's...

Waste of money. Mostly tendon. Cannot cut or chew it.

I used to get the NZ lamb from Sam's club and it was wonderful. They have changed suppliers, and the lamb I just got was nothing but fat, gristle and tendons. I threw it away. It was tough as old boots, if you did find any edible meat.Yuck!

Worst lamb meat you can eat taste and smell bad. Please bring back the New Zealand lamb leg you used to have!? Thank you.
