The 20 g of protein make them extremely filling and I like that you get three flavor options in each pack. I am normally not a fan of caramel, but i really enjoyed the caramel option in this pack. It was subtle enough that it complemented the chocolate bar instead of overpowering it. I would purchase this product again.

Pure Bars are 5 Stars. Variety pack is 3 Stars. Pure Protein Bars - Chocolate Deluxe have been a part of my wife's healthy eating plan for 10 years. They are the best! The variety pack from Sam's club with Chocolate Salted Caramel has kept us from buying the variety pack. Unfortunately the new variety has two bars that are very similar - Chocolate Peanut Butter and Chocolate Peanut Caramel. That's not much of a variety. What we would like to see is Chocolate Deluxe (10), Chocolate Chip (7), and Chocolate Peanut Butter or Chocolate Peanut Caramel (6). I would buy a boat load of this Variety Pack.

Some protein bars taste very chalky and do not taste good at all, but these are not like that. I liked that the chocolate one, had a chocolate taste and wasn't thick and hard to eat. These won't last long in our house.

I received this product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. I am definitely pleased with the amount of protein for a fairly low number of calories versus other protein bars. The flavors are Valerie appealing to me as a chocolate lover and I like having a variety pack of them. As far as taste, the salt and chocolate was my least favorite. It was too dense and I didn't like it just having the one texture throughout. The chocolate flavor is good and rich, but I would like it broken up with a different texture. Chocolate peanut butter was very good. I like the crunch in there and it had a prevalent peanut butter flavor that didn't taste horribly artificial. The chocolate peanut butter caramel it was my favorite, reminding me slightly of a popular candy bar. It was the perfect ratio of all ingredients, textures and flavors. All of the bars were satisfying and kept me satiated and not signing myself hungry an hour later. I would honestly buy them out of my own pocket.
