Good but not Great

This chair seems to be high quality. Unfortunately, the angle of the back is fixed and very upright. This hurts my lower back. The entire chair will tilt but that does not change to angle between the back and the seat. I have never encountered an office chair with a fixed back angle and did not realize from the description that this is the case here. On careful review, I see that I made an assumption - an expensive mistake.

the back is not adjustable and i personally started to have lower back pains after using it for about 6 weeks. The cushion shape at the rear i believe also contributes to the pain.T he cushion fabric is also a little slippery making you to slide lil but enough on any movement. This was personally a bad purchase and I suggest to hold the box and receipt for about a month while you try it. Samsclub has made it difficult to return due to Covid where they are not generating a return label and redirecting you to a phone number

Great product for a fair price. Delivery was super quick.

The chair is so narrow I had to not use the arms. The height adjustment for the back kept falling down. I never seen one like this before. I am tall so if you are short its no problem because it just falls down. I fixed it by jamming a large washer in between the metal bar that holds the back and the small metal adjustment strip so it down not release and let the back fall down.

Really comfortable seat, great contoured back, and adjustable in every way you could ever want. I’m still figuring out just how loose I want to make the tilt adjustment. I put it together myself, but it would be way faster and less awkward with help.
