The chair is very uncomfortable and hurts my back when I sit in it

Chair arrived in original packaging; all parts provided; everything fit together perfect. Instructions were easy to follow and assembly only took about 10 minutes. The box itself helps with assembly as it is the perfect height and width to set the chair seat or back on during assembly. The chair feels very comfortable; compares well with two of my more expensive office chairs ($500 price range). I do a lot of computer work daily sitting in this chair. It feels great all day. I am a 5'3" female that needed the wider seat cushion, and this works well for me, plus the arm width and height is adjustable. I set arms on full width (18" from inside of each arm). A push of a button on each arm pad allows them to be quickly adjusted higher/lower. Some reviewers did not like the fact that the back sits up straight. For me this is a major plus doing computer work as I am often leaning forward but still need the lumbar support, which this chair also has. I adjusted the tension screw on the bottom of the chair to allow for leaning back whenever I desire, while still maintaining full lumbar support (not adjustable but fits perfect). I hope everyone reading this review has the same good fortune as me in buying this chair. Great value/cost.

Comfortable, perfect back height and as described. Only 4 stars because I wish it tilted back without as much effort but all in all very comfortable!

I spend 3-6 hours a day in front of my computer. Good back support. Love the adjustable arms. Fits my needs. Reasonable price.

This chair was easy to put together. Well made and comfortable. Using it as a computer chair at home. Couldn't ask for better at this price.

BEEN USING BIG LEATHER OFFICE CHAIR BUT THIS IS COOL & COMFORTABLE. GLAD I GOT IT. FAIRLY EASY TO ASSEMBLE & USE

I am 6’1” and the seat is way too short for my legs and sits much too close to the back. The seat needs a forward and back slide adjustment. The seat was even too short for my 5’6” wife. Will be returning it.
