Very nice chair for the price. Gel like seats, arms and back easily adjust to several different heights. Curve of the back provides nice lumbar support. Wheels roll smoothly.

The seat and back are very comfortable despite my 270 lbs. Seat height, armrest width, arm rest height, and "lean back" tension are all adjustable. I'm delighted with my new chair!

Easy to assemble. I was able to do it in 15 minutes including unboxing and unwrapping. Chair has a lot more back support than my previous chair, so I'm feeling a lot better.

Chair is comfortable, but the arms are very loose when fully raised. Very shaky and noisy with even the slightest movement. Not the easiest to assemble.

Well, this is hands down a great buy for the money. The seat and back are very comfortable. And it has a lot of adjustments for the height and the arm rests.

Time consuming to put together. Instructions were not explained well. Many assemblies have numbered parts. This did not. The minimalistic instructions were difficult to use.

The plastic parts on this chair are clangy and sound like a children's toy, but the comfort is pretty nice. For an inexpensive office chair its does a good job of giving support. I just hope it makes it through the 5-year "limited" warranty.

I am 6’1” and the seat is way too short for my legs and sits much too close to the back. The seat needs a forward and back slide adjustment. The seat was even too short for my 5’6” wife. Will be returning it.

This chair seems to be high quality. Unfortunately, the angle of the back is fixed and very upright. This hurts my lower back. The entire chair will tilt but that does not change to angle between the back and the seat. I have never encountered an office chair with a fixed back angle and did not realize from the description that this is the case here. On careful review, I see that I made an assumption - an expensive mistake.

the back is not adjustable and i personally started to have lower back pains after using it for about 6 weeks. The cushion shape at the rear i believe also contributes to the pain.T he cushion fabric is also a little slippery making you to slide lil but enough on any movement. This was personally a bad purchase and I suggest to hold the box and receipt for about a month while you try it.
