Chair is comfortable, but the arms are very loose when fully raised. Very shaky and noisy with even the slightest movement. Not the easiest to assemble.

This is an okay office chair given the price. However, the back support doesn't feel sturdy. My guess is that will be where the chair breaks down. Also, this wasn't the easiest chair to put together.

This is the second time purchasing this chair. The first one lasted for 4 years of HEAVY (60 hours/week) use. We only replaced it because one of the plastic bits was creaking and it would startle our baby awake.

I bought this for my home office and it works great. Very comfortable and I love how it moves around so easily. The quality for the price is the best part.

Do yourself a favor and also purchase 3" rubber caster wheel replacements. I don't know why office chairs come with the small plastic wheels. PS, I love the chair.

Good chair for the price. It was fairly easy to assemble, in my opinion. Great adjustability, all except for the ability to slide the arm rests forward-backward (can be adjusted wider-tighter, however).

Chair is awesome. Did take 45 min to assemble as per instructions. It is heavy, so I unpacked and took pieces upstairs first. I love the swivel feature as it is easier to get into and out of. Very sturdy and comfortable.

The chair gives good support and the seat is very comfortable. However, the materials are not of superior standards. Much of it is plastic like and has sharp edges. The price is right, but it is not a Howard Miller chair.

Arrived well packed with all parts intact. Fairly easy assembly...no surprises. Chair is very comfortable and good looking--soft cushion seat. I like the mesh back that lets light through so that the chair is not an over-powering large black item in the room. A good choice!

We purchased 4 of these chairs for our engineering department. They are very comfortable and easy to use. The mesh back lets your back breathe after coming into the airconditioning from the heat outside. We would definitely recommend these chairs in the future.
