Really don't get the hype

Been eating precooked flavored frozen chicken thighs for months on end and while good, I am burnt out. Decided to buy these instead. I am 3 breasts into the bag and have to douse them in bbq sauce to eat them and even then I can't eat an entire breast due to the saltiness. There is way more salt in these than what the nutrition facts state. I will not be buying these again.

Yum

I don't get the bad reviews we have gone through 6 bags of these this summer with zero issues and I'm about to buy more. Flavorful, tender, moist meat that is super easy to prepare. Our air fryer broke so I've been forced to use the oven and they still came out great. Buy them!!

Delicious and a god send for me

Well All odds I thought were against me. I don't cook, I'm over 300 lbs, I'm on Weight Watchers (with a strict point system) and I have a low paying job. I also don't usually like white meat chicken. Lucky when my mother was alive she introduced me to liquid smoke otherwise known as Mesquite. I haven't had Mesquite in 20 years. The other day I was in Sams in Daytona looking for zero point food and I came across Mesquite Grilled Chicken Breast, I remembered in New York I loved Mesquite, but since i live in the south now a lot of people like smoked products like smoked ham, smoked turkey etc and I don't. I was afraid to buy this product especially on my income. Well I took the risk and bought this product. It said I can microwave it. I did and I wasn't expecting much, but afterwards I took it out it was Delicious !! Because of the seasoning on Weight Watchers per serving it;s only 1 point, and it's filling I usually have 8 oz. (2 pieces.) It's about $4.00 a pound but it's precooked and great! At work I just let it defrost on my desk and when I get hungry I grab a small piece and if I can make it to lunch I heat it up in the Microwave. I truly love this product Thank you Sams Club you have made my diet a lot easier and i'm much happier camper now!

mesquite grilled fillets

I’ve been buying these for years but the last two I purchased recently were horrible. At first I thought it was a fluke but once I got the second I realized it wasn’t. They had so much gristle, had to toss out completely! Quality has definitely changed! Will not be purchasing again!

Great!

I simply cannot understand the bad reviews. The ones I purchased are wonderful. I just defrost them in the microwave and they juicy and the flavor is very tasty. You can use them in so many ways. Maybe the people who are not happy are cooking them too long causing them to be tough. I defrost 3 minutes on one side and another 2 minutes on the other side. (For 2 of them) then let them sit a couple of minutes to let the defrosting finish. Try it .

Delicious

I was hesitant to try this after reading the reviews but it was delicious!! If people are having an issue with it being chewy maybe they let it thaw and then tried to cook it? The directions say to cook from frozen, just a thought. Anyways we bought 16 bags we had rave reviews over it. Good size portions too. We did have to cook it for 12 minutes per side instead of 8. Will buy again!!

When it's good, it's good. But sometimes it's Bad!

This product is hit or miss, and quickly going downhill. Sometimes it's great. Sometimes it's a little off, and sometimes it's just awful. Right now I'm eating another awful rubbery chicken breast, and I think I might throw the rest of the package away. This "was" a great product, and we've purchased it for many years. Every now and then we'd get a bag from a batch that was just a little off, but we're getting more and more of those not so great bags of Chicken as of late, and I'm almost ready to say Never Again. There's a problem at the Sams Club Chicken Breast Factory, and someone needs to take care of it before we stop buying this once great product.

Next best thing to grilling yourself!

IMO, these taste pretty great as long as you cook them in the oven or toaster oven. In the microwave they come out very dry. I've even tried the old trick with the damp paper towel to get the steamed effect, but still dry. Haven't tried an airfryer, not sure if that's recommended. It cooked pretty fast in the toaster oven, under 10 mins, and I like to top them with a slice of mozzarella or provolone for that gooey goodness. You should definitely eat it right away instead of saving it for tomorrow's lunch. Keto friendly!

great to keep around

I was surprised to see the bad reviews, I love these! Overall for how quick and easy they are, I absolutely love them. They are great in the air fryer. We make sandwiches or wraps with them, put them in salads or eat them plain with a potato and veggie. Occasionally a few pieces are fatty but overall really great to have around.

Perfect daily lunch

I have been buying these for years to help stay fit. It's a quick meal - I just throw 2 breasts in a Tupperware dish (frozen) and heat up at lunch time. Add hot sauce, cover for a few minutes after heating up and they are juicy and tender. I go through about 4 bags per month on average, but as someone else mentioned here, they are great for adding to a salad. The trick is letting them thaw for a few hours (I leave them out at work until lunch time), but if you are in a hurry - use the thaw function on the microwave first before cooking.
