Never bought this coconut before, but will do so again. Opening the bag filled the kitchen with the sweet odor of coconut. Tastes very good. Did well with the cake I made and added it to Oatmeal cookies.

I did not realize this coconut is unsweetened and most of my recipes call for sweetened coconut. Fortunately, I read online how to add sugar and water to it. For those looking for something healthy and unsweetened, this is it!

It was shredded way too small. I had a choking episode just breathing it in. This needs to be a much bigger diameter shred - a normal size pp.
