I’ve purchased these flanks several times now and it is delicious! I make it with a cream caper sauce and my family loves it!

There is better tasting fish to buy at Sam's than Mahi-Mahi. I did not like the texture of this fish, too chewy, and the taste was not great.

Small pieces. Did not taste like mahi. Very salty but according to package, no salt added.
