Mahi Mahi is Wonderful! My daughter shops at Sam’s and recommends. Buy frozen filets from Sam’s Club. Thaw pieces. In small bowl mix lemon pepper, red pepper, cumin, garlic powder, and black pepper. Rub olive oil on baking sheet. Sprinkle spice mix on top and bake 350 degrees -20 to 30 minutes until flakes with a fork. Yum!! Reheats well.

Great in the air fryer with butter and garlic.

Fish has very good mild flavor. We add lime to it when cooking. The only fish I use. Individually frozen in separate packages.

Where did it go?!?! We used this to make fish tacos all the time and can not find it for what seems like years now!!! PLEASE bring it back!!

This product can range from great to terrible. Most bags will contain white, mild, and flaky fish, but occasionally it can be dark, fishy, and mushy. The good news is if it's bad Sam's will readily refund your money. Still, it sucks to have to roll the dice when purchasing this item.

Dark, tough, and very fishy. It obviously was far from fresh when it was processed. I will no be buying ever again.

I live mahi mahi and have bought this many times over the last 2 years. It was a great product until a couple months ago. The last 2 bags that I have bought turned out to be really fishy tasting... I mean catfood fishy. I've tried everything and can't get past the awful fishy flavor. Ive cooked from frozen, thawed under water, thawed overnight in the fridge, cooked in a sauce, blackened, nothing works anymore. I'm not sure if the way it's processed and frozen has changed or if this is just a bad batch but this mahi is no longer edible.

I cook Mahi regularly. I used to be very pleased with this purchase but tonight I cooked 4 portions and my filet had two worms. After confirming on google that it is in fact worms and Mahi are susceptibile to parasites. I will not purchase this again.

I would not recommend - it’s just gross. It’s not like any Mahi Mahi we’ve ever had. The filets are very thick and a deep reddish brown. The texture is chewy and it’s very fishy. My husband, who lived in Florida and fished daily, said this is closer to King Mackerel in look and taste 🤢

Fish is old - does not taste fresh
