Mahi Mahi is Wonderful! My daughter shops at Sam’s and recommends. Buy frozen filets from Sam’s Club. Thaw pieces. In small bowl mix lemon pepper, red pepper, cumin, garlic powder, and black pepper. Rub olive oil on baking sheet. Sprinkle spice mix on top and bake 350 degrees -20 to 30 minutes until flakes with a fork. Yum!! Reheats well.

Very good tasting fish even though frozen, not to fishy tasting and cooks up nicely. Also you can defrost them rather fast so if you have forgotten to take out something for dinner or lunch, you can have one of these defrosted to cook in no time. We love to make them in an aluminum foil pouch in the air fryer with butter and my own seasoning mix of Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Smoked Paprika, Redmond's Pink Salt. Too Bad Sam's doesn't sell Redmond's! But we loved this fish.

Fish has very good mild flavor. We add lime to it when cooking. The only fish I use. Individually frozen in separate packages.

These Mahi-mahi fillets are absolutely delicious. I cook my blackened and serve with mango salsa, steamed veggies and salad. One of our favorite meals, and healthy as well.

A lot of the volume of this product is water, this fish shrinks significantly when cooked similar to cod, Although it is unlike any other Mahi I’ve cooked in terms of shrinkage.

Dark, tough, and very fishy. It obviously was far from fresh when it was processed. I will no be buying ever again.

Sams in general needs to do a better job with seafood. This product was bland and not flaky as it should be.

I have purchased this for years and it was very good. But this bag was so salty I could not eat it. The filets also looked different than usual in size, shape and color. I will return. Disappointed.
