In small bowl mix lemon pepper, red pepper, cumin, garlic powder, and black pepper. Rub olive oil on baking sheet. Sprinkle spice mix on top and bake 350 degrees -20 to 30 minutes until flakes with a fork. Yum!! Reheats well.

The texture is chewy and it’s very fishy. My husband, who lived in Florida and fished daily, said this is closer to King Mackerel in look and taste 🤢

The last 2 bags that I have bought turned out to be really fishy tasting... I mean catfood fishy. I've tried everything and can't get past the awful fishy flavor. Ive cooked from frozen, thawed under water, thawed overnight in the fridge, cooked in a sauce, blackened, nothing works anymore. I'm not sure if the way it's processed and frozen has changed or if this is just a bad batch but this mahi is no longer edible.

The good news is if it's bad Sam's will readily refund your money. Still, it sucks to have to roll the dice when purchasing this item.
