Absolutely love it! It took a little bit of trial and error to get just the right color on my bagel. It came with a color chart for toast. Very helpful. I love that it’s narrow and looks so nice on the counter. Highly recommend!

It doesn't toast bread it browns the surface. So when you butter the bread it's still soft on the inside and makes it hard to butter. English muffins get crisp but don't turn brown.

Great appliance. I really like the bagel setting. I use it to toast hamburger buns for sandwiches. I am glad that I finally realized that sometimes the best appliance is the simplest one.

Finally, a toaster that does what it's supposed to - toast bread consistently on both sides. Other nice features are the slim profile and the heating controls in the front.
