reply from Dash Team

Hello! We are so sorry to hear about your experience with the Dash Clear View Toaster. If the lever does not stay down, it's possible the glass clamp is not properly inserted all the way in. Make sure the glass panel clamp is fully inserted and secured. If you try this and it is still not working, please reach out to our support team to provide additional feedback at bydash.com/help. We would love to help!

Love to see my toast toasting

I love the wide, long slot. We can easily toast a bun with it. Also, the window is so helpful

Day 1 review

Love at first sight. It was a red Tonka Truck from my childhood, in my kitchen
