WHEN THE MACHINE WORKS IT IS FINE. THE FIRST ONE WAS INOPERABLE AND IT WAS A HASSEL TO CONVINCE THEM TO REPLACE IT AND A BOTHER TO SEND IT BACK.

set up was easy, product performs great.over all a great machine for the price.paper feeds well, and quality of the incomming faxes are great.

We are satisfied with the performance of the machine. It's easy to use and gives excellent speed in sending and receiving correspondence.

It was good while it last. Brother Fax2840 was purchased for faxing only, it gave out after almost 3 years. purchased 9/20, it stopped 12/22.
