There are two features that I miss from my previous machine; wireless head set and speakerphone function. Otherwise the system is works great.

It was good while it last. Brother Fax2840 was purchased for faxing only, it gave out after almost 3 years. purchased 9/20, it stopped 12/22.

We bought this to replace anothe Brother Fax. This would not work. Just kept ringing. Sits in a corner.

Had prior model that lasted eighteen years with regular use every day. It finally had to be replaced. Hope this one lasts half as long.

We needed a cartridge fax rather than a ribbon one. This one is excellent - wouldn't hesitate to recommend it

Easy to use, and very efficient. I'm just sorry that I didn't get the model that includes a scanner.

its a plain paper fax, with a toner cartridge its easy to set up and it works well. it arrived well before they said it would be here!

The print and scan works very fast, the fax works great and you don't need a second phone line. The only thing missing is WI-FI
