Just installed and used very little. It was an easy set up, and the quality seems very good. If it can continue to perform at this level, I'm a happy camper.

I looked at fax machines on-line at Sam's and then shopped around. I checked back and the price had dropped and I bought. The fax machine seems to be great. The shipping was very quick.

The product comes with good features and is very easy to use. It started giving transmission problems but was replaced by Brother even two months after the warranty had expired. Thanks for Brother Staff especially to Richard.

This printer is quick, but that's about it. The toner is very expensive, which wouldn't be so bad if it lasted. And the print quality is below average - very light, even when I change the settings.

This machine needs to have a CD TO LOAD FOR PRINTER TO OPERATE, FINDING FILES ON BROTHERS TAKES FOR EVER/NEVER AGAIN WOULD I BUY ANYTHING THAT SAID BROTHERS

It was easy to set up and works great with what I have faxed and received so far. I had to google to get some help on how to set up the menu. I am not that office equipment savvy but this was easy. So I would recommend it.

Great value; low price for a great printer. Printer provides high quality pages, quick printing, dependable, compact and looks good; I would highly recommend this printer.

It was hard to find a laser fax, that was just that. Most new products will do too many things we did not need and for which we did not want to pay extra.

The fax machine functions fine. The only problem I have with the unit is that the display is so small and is very hard to read. You have to stand up and lean over the top of the machine, to get the right angle, to be able to read the display.

We upgraded and since our old faxes were also Brother brand we decided to purchase same brand. We were satisfied with product and were able to use for many years.
