I purchased this Pergola as a Mother's Day gift. I had a unique size area where every Pergola was either too big or much too small. After reviewing the online plans, I determined with my basic construction knowledge and tools that I could modify the 10' X 12' Pergola slightly smaller to fit my area. Even without modifications, this Pergola was good quality and easy to install. I would definitely recommend this to other buyers.

We really like it and my husband was able to put it together by himself. One thing we were disappointed in was that the 6x6 corner posts were not solid. Not sure if we missed that in the description. But, it looks beautiful and we’ve already had numerous compliments on how great it looks.

Overall I feel this was a great value. A well designed pergola at a reasonable price. Assembly was straight forward with clear directions. Did it by my self over a couple of Saturdays could have done it in a 1/3 of the time if I had a helper. Very satisfied with finished product.

This pergola more than met our expectations. The only issue we had was that it was delivered earlier than the estimated delivery date and we were out of town but they left it where we wanted and in the end we’re glad to get it earlier than predicted.

We didn’t erect the pergola ourselves due to age and health issues, but our handyman Jake and his two teenage sons did.. they downloaded the app, and with enclosed instructions it went up in now time even on the hottest day in history in our town.. now it is ready for me to get out and get it ready for finishing touches. The seller stated we would receive the pergola within 10 to 17 days from order date and we received it on the 10th day. The men who delivered it did a great job and actually carried it into our garage and I'm glad they did because the 2 boxes were quite heavy. The assembly instructions were good, but the hardware not so good. We had to spray WD-40 on the nuts and bolts or else they would bind. I'm not sure why they designed then top support beams in 2 pieces, it would have made more sense if it was 1 piece, and assembly would have gone a lot quicker. Overall it took 3 of us about 4 hours to assemble it and it looks very nice. We are very satisfied with our purchase.

We bought this pergola from Backyard Discovery and purchased the assembly package with it. We love it and it was worth every penny to have it put together for us. What took them two hours to put tougher would have taken us days! The guys that did the work were very professional and polite. We even had them come back and put the polycarbonate to on it. Now it's out backyard Oasis!

We bought the 16x20 Beaumont pergola a month or so ago and have been so happy with our decision. It shipped pretty quickly and arrived in great condition. We were missing one of the included tools and they overnighted it to us. Amazing customer service! We would recommend downloading the app for the assembly instructions because you can see the parts/boards in 3d and look at them closer. My husband, my 14 year old son and I worked together to assemble it. It took us a total of probably 8-9 hours or so to complete. My husband actually did the top part by himself or it may have been even quicker. The quality is excellent and we are super happy with how everything turned out!

This company has been excellent to do business with...very responsive to questions and superior customer support for installation. The Pergola was easy to assemble with clear instructions, and with pieces that were milled and pre-drilled correctly at every step. All of the hardware came with at least one extra piece. The final product looks great. We did quite a bit of research and found that this product offered excellent value for the price. We could not be more pleased with the company and our end-result.
