Great Product , I love it, taste good, gives me just the right amount of energy without making me feel nervous. Does not leave an after taste, just mix in a bottle of water around 2pm and you are good to go until Dinner. A MUST TRY ITEM!

I usually use my 4D in the morning before I start my day. It gives me extra energy to go through the day. I like the tropical punch flavor, it is really good. I’m really impressed with all the vitamins that are in it.

Loved the taste of this product. I did find it to be a little too sweet for my taste which i just added more water to suit for my taste. It didnt leace a funky taste or grittiness afterwards. I rather enjoyed using this product!

I love this product, I use it before I go to the gym. It keeps me pumped the whole time I am there. Also love that it has extras added like vitamins so I don’t have to buy them on the side. The flavor is also great.

I really wanted to give this product a try as I need an energy boost as I work and study. Also struggle with joint pain. I thought win-win, right? However, I was not a fan of the flavor and did not really see a difference

I love 4D for the energy boost, I experience no jitters and I always have a boost of energy. They do have a thick taste to them so I add a little lemon to mines and it increase the taste. i drink them at work.

It's actually really delicious. 1 packet in a 16.9 oz bottle was really sweet but good flavor. It seemed to help keep me alert without giving the jitters. I would definitely get this again. It mixes very good also without the grittiness.

This a an easy & great tasting drink supplement powder!! I this put in my water bottle in the morning & head to whatever activity I’m doing. My kids have been using while practicing & playing sports!!

The product is a great add on for working out and that extra energy for everyday tasks. There are no real side effects and i would definitely recommend. It gave me the extra push i needed to get the workouts done. Thats a win for me
