The product is a great add on for working out and that extra energy for everyday tasks. There are no real side effects and i would definitely recommend. It gave me the extra push i needed to get the workouts done. Thats a win for me

This supplement taste great. It isn’t powdery and mixes into water very well. I tried the tropical punch and liked the flavor. It was very sweet. I love that it is formulated to help with joints and focus.

Tropical flavor was okay, although I am not a fan of caffeine energy drinks. I do appreciate the opportunity to taste test it. I prefer the powdered Propel that you add to water. For some this may hit the spot, unfortunately just not me.

The 4D clean energy is great. The flavor fruit punch is delicious and does not have any bad aftertaste like some energy drinks. I like that it contains 30 amino acids, vitamins and electrolytes. It’s my go to after breakfast.

Tastes great , I love the fruit flavor. It dissolves quickly, without the gritty residue that other powders have. I seemed to notice a burst of energy after drinking which helps during the summer heat.

I tried 4D to see if it would help me get through the after lunch slow down instead of drinking another cup of coffee. It tastes great and does give me that boost of energy to finish the second half of the day.

This product was a little bit bitter for my taste. Did not enjoy it as much as I have other similar products. I did try it a couple of times to see if I could get used to the taste. I Really had a hard time getting past the bitter taste.

Nice product with great flavors. Gives good flexibility for flavoring water and getting extra health benefits. Only negative for me is that the product contains caffeine and I have to limit my caffeine intake.

This 4 D Supplement is very good and it taste amazing as well you just pour the packet into the water and just like that you have a nice tasting supplement. This is one of the best supplements out in the market as of now.

I took this at work for the first time. The taste is ok, you can taste the vitamin in it. This seemed to give you diuretic symptom. This is not something I would purchase again. If you don’t mind the taste then you might like this product.
