I usually work out after work hours and try to get them in before dinner time 2-3x a week. I loved how FAST CLEAN ENERGY kicked in!!! And the flavor is just as amazing!!! Thanks for giving me the EXTRA BOOST needed.

Works for me! Please give it a try... Think it has a little caffeine in it but I love it. I've tried a bunch of these types of drinks and this works best for me. Taste great; no sugar in it; and perks me up.

Received product and made drink in 16 oz of water. You can taste the vitamin taste in it a little too much for my liking. Tried again with really cold water, was a little better for taste just too sweet tasting.

It’s nice to drink before a workout or if you are running late and don’t have time to make your coffee. Anything that has caffeine in it is always a nice pick me up but I use it with caution. The added vitamins are good

I didn't really notice a difference in my energy level with these. The flavor is good. They come conveniently individually wrapped for on the go. Maybe if I took them more often I would feel the difference after a couple days.

I want to say that these do tend to give me energy and they have a good taste. They do tend to make me a little jittery and I’ve had a little nausea. I would recommend eating something with it or before.
