I am typically a coffee in the morning type of person. However, I decided to forego the coffee one morning and opt to check out the 4D Clean Energy Dietary Supplement instead. I will say that I did have about the same energy as I did with the coffee. I didn't have a lot of morning tiredness that I generally have on one of the few mornings I go without coffee. I was good throughout the morning. My son works out six days a week. He really enjoyed this product! As far as the taste, it did leave a bit to be desired. While there was some aspect of tropical punch present, the supplements included in the mix that provide the nutrients and energy associated with it are still very discernible. However, this isn't simply a powdered drink mix to lounge around and consume, but has a specific purpose. With that being said, overall it was OK.

Gave me all day clarity and energy to get my work done. It worked best with a disposable water bottle but didnt try in a shaker bottle that might be better as some of the powder didnt want to mix well at first or with ice cold water. Mixed best in room temp then pour over ice to chill it.

The issue I usually have with energy drinks is the crash. I didn't get that at all with this drink. I like the taste a lot. I love that I don’t get the shakes or have a major crash with this which I typically get with any other similar products. My skin also seems to be clearing up some. I lost another pound this week so it seems to also be helping on my weight loss journey. I can’t rave enough about this wonderful product!! I would recommend this product.

I’ve tried several other brands that offer similar vitamin benefits, and many of those had artificial tasting chalky qualities or seemed very acidic. This product (fruit punch) had a good flavor and mixed well per the instructions. It’s a little on the sweet side so ensure you use the amount of water instructed. It’s great to mix in with a bottle of h20 to start your day.

I tried this product being a little skeptical and to my surprise it is delicious! Dissolves well when added to water and has a refreshing, great taste. No vitamin taste or residue. Just stick a few of these packets in my purse and I'm ready for the day. I will be sure to stock up on this awesome product.

When I tried this for the first time, I did not read the instructions. The drink was very sweet. I then read the instructions and saw that I was to add 16.9 oz to 24 oz of water to taste. I added more than 24 oz of water and this drink was delicious! After drinking it, I noticed that I was much more focused than before I drank it. This drink has truly helped me stay attentive to my surroundings and helped me to stay mindful about what I was doing. I LOVE that this is a CLEAN drink and free from so many radicals that affect us daily. Thank you for creating this drink!

I could not use his because I take medication that would not allow me to do so. I did not realize this until I got it and read the instructions and warnings. So I am not able to review this product, sorry. I'm sure the product would be satisfactory for healthy people that don't have high blood pressure.

I was expecting another mix power that does nothing for me and is hard to dissolve but I was pleasantly surprised. This kept my energy going and I was able to stay focused. I loved the fact that it is has all these vitamins and quickly replaced my multi-vitamin pill. I also appreciated the pleasant taste with very little aftertaste (I hate those artificial sweeteners that stay in your mouth long after you're done eating or drinking).

I received this as a sample and gave it a quick drink after mowing the lawn. I was super hot, had sweat out a ton of water weight. This did seem to perk me back up sooner than what I normally consume and I felt like I got some energy back sooner. The flavor was ok, I would prefer it stronger, may try to add more next time.

Great to drink first thing in the morning or early in the afternoon. It gives just enough energy but not to much that makes you jittery. The powder mixes wonderful without clups easily. Would recommend this product.
