I did not like this product. Following the product instructions, the taste was too strong. Needed to dilute the powder more than directed. This product did not help with energy either. I felt no added energy boost.

This product is all it claims to be. We are using the berry, it's very flavorful no after taste. We felt more energetic, focused and hydrated. Just open a packet, empty into your water, stir and go. It's easy to help you be healthy!

Great Product , I love it, taste good, gives me just the right amount of energy without making me feel nervous. Does not leave an after taste, just mix in a bottle of water around 2pm and you are good to go until Dinner. A MUST TRY ITEM!

I love the taste of 4D tropical punch. I use half for a bottle of water otherwise its too sweet. My sons also love and use it for their pre-workout. I will be trying other flavors once they are available.

Slight bitter taste however the fruit undertones overpower the bitter. Energy drink best consumed cold & quickly to rehydrate you appropriately. Product dissolves completely in cold water. Used as between meal snack instead of chips.

Favorite tropical punch flavor but misses some sweetness for my taste. As an always on the go person I found this product would help me push and perform better. I also seemed to get more out of my day. I felt engergized after takin each morning.

I was not a fan of the Fruit Punch flavor. It had a funny taste to it. It didn't taste like a normal drink. I could taste I was drinking a energy drink. It was just not for me. I like liquid energy drink additive better.

This drink mix is a great product with good ingredients in it, very convenient slim sticks for on the go mixing. Its very sweet though, you could mix in a larger container to your taste liking and refill with the excess later.

I receive my product and try it right away. I take it before going to the gym and really make a difference it help me with my work out . Also use it for a normal day working around the house and helps .
