This tastes like cool aide. There is no artificial flavor at all. At best this is like a Starbucks açaí drink or lemonade type of refreshing drink. It does not taste like a mix of a beverage. I can’t say yet about how it makes me feel but it tastes great

I tried the 4D clean energy dietary suppliment mix. I don't generally take any dietary suppliments or vitamins, but am starting to work out, so trying to improve my diet along with exercise. I have the tropical punch flavor, and to be honest, I'm not sure I'm a fan of the taste of these. The taste was a little "medicinal". Perhaps another flavor might be better, and if I notice an improvement in my focus and/or energy after this first box of these, I may give another flavor a try. After the first few of these in my water bottle, I haven't noticed much in terms of focus/energy boost... I plan to try these as my morning drink the next week or so, and see if they make a difference. They are not bad tasting, just not my favorite, and I do like the idea as a way to get some additional vitamins or supplements, so eager to try another flavor I may like better.

I usually get into a mid day slump and struggle through the second part of the day. Now I drink a bottle of water with my 4D packet around lunchtime and it helps me focus and gives me the drive to push through the afternoon. No jitters or headache. I have the tropical punch flavor and it taste pretty good. The only issue that I have is no matter how much I shake the bottle, I can not get it all to dissolve (you will see in photos). It isn’t so much that I can’t finish the bottle but it may be an issue for someone who can’t handle the grit.

4D Clean Energy provides a great source of energy via a tasty fruit punch flavored drink. The energy provided was smooth, and not jittery like the case with some other energy drinks. Being sugar free, zero calories, and extremely portable another bonus. I was very pleasantly surprised by this product. Give it a try.

For the most part I enjoyed 4D premium. I enjoyed the tropical punch taste and did not have a bad aftertaste like other similar products. I do feel like it gave me a boost of energy and more endurance. I was very impressed with the amount of vitamins included in 4D. The only negatives I experienced was do not drink on empty stomach and do not drink to fast or you may experience a little nausea.

4D Premium Tropical punch is delicious and a definite boost for the hot days I spend training on the pickleball court! It helps with focus, endurance, skin health, immune boost, joint care and electrolytes! As a bonus it is keto friendly, gluten free, vegan, sugar free, soy free, zero calories, GMO free and dairy free! Highly recommended!!

I typically enjoy using this drink mix in the afternoon when I need a pick me up to make it through the rest of the day. I like that it is filled with vitamins to support my health while providing me energy. It does kick in fairly quickly. I’d say about 10 minutes after drinking it I feel uplifted. The packaging is a neat little box that I find convenient. It dissolves well in water. I only mix it with water. I imagine it would taste better if I added in something else. That stated, it doesn’t taste bad considering all the benefits. This is my “oh my gosh I’m crashing mid-day, please someone save me with more energy, quick!” Drink, hence the ordinary cup and bottle photos.

Comes in a very convenient to store small box. The box is perforated on three sides for easy open and storage with easy access. I appreciate this as it makes storing and organizing my supplements less daunting. Small convenient packs, easy to toss in purse or gym bag. Taste is delicious!

It is nice that these come in a single serve tube that makes it easy to have ready quickly. But the aftertaste is pretty bad. I tried this every day for 25 days and really didn’t see any changes that the product suggests. So I got some more but still haven’t seen any results. I was at least hoping for a little energy boost but I have not experienced that.

This is a pretty amazing product. I do not drink any energy supplement products however i am impressed with this product. It is sweet, reminds uou of Tropical punch Kool aid in taste. It gives me high energy when i drink it in the afternoon. I would highly recommemd this product.
