This product was easy to dissolve and tasted great. Great for pre workout to get you going for a big workout or busy day. Both my husband and adult son used it before their workout and I added it to my morning instead of coffee.

Taste was comparable to other energy drink powders. Nothing special. Didn't notice any increase energy. Probably wouldn't buy again. I'm sticking with zero sugar Gatorade and Reign drinks in both liquid and powder form.

I tend to fall into a late morning/early afternoon slump each day. Once I began flavoring my water with this mid-morning, the slumps disappeared! The flavor of the drink is pleasant and easy to drink quickly.

It tastes great. No bad after taste. As for energy, it didnt give me the same boost as other drinks. The crash was harder than my usual energy drinks. Drinking more didnt help. Didnt drink enough to see of helped my joints or immune system.

I didn’t care for the flavor or taste that it left in my mouth. I don’t feel like it lived up to it’s claims of more energy. I didn’t feel like it helped me recover from my workout any faster than normal.

Received this the other week. It's loaded with vitamins and other great ingredients. I would definitely buy this product again ! Try it ! You will like it for sure ! It tastes great as well ! Enjoy ! !

I am thrilled with 4D Clean Energy! I tried the Tropical Punch flavor and found it to be a good flavor for me and my family. It isn't too sweet and has great health benefits! Looking forward to trying the other flavors!

Started feeling off during my workout. Gradually I began to get extremely nauseated with pounding a headache. Wasn’t able to fall asleep all night. Took me 2 days to feel back to myself again. Traumatized me to take any type of preworkout.

This had a much better taste than I expected very fruity and full of electrolytes /vitamins. I have used similar products but this was delicious, a great way to enhance your water and be more hydrated.

Had a little taste but didn't feel any more or less energetic than I do when i just drink water. So if you are looking to get energies this is not the drink for you. Will not go purchase this product with my own money.
