Another reviewer said these apples have really gone downhill and they're not lying. I used to buy two bags at a time and make special trips just to buy them. They are now way past their prime and mealy instead of crisp, and 95% of the bags were rotten. Some of them looked OK on the outside but they too were rotten inside. I even tried going to a different Sam's hoping for better quality but they were just as terrible. I won't purchase them from Sam's again.

I'm not sure if it's the season or just a bad bag, but these are usually very good.

The apples that I picked up were crisp, sweet and delicious.

There were 4 apples with extensive bruising and they were all over ripe and mealy.

Not as crunchy as i expected

Crisp, sweet, and juicy. Can it get any better?

1st time purchasing these apples, I bout lost my mind and ultimately had to hide them from another family member in the home that was eating them faster than me!! They were SO delicious and sweet. 2nd time approximately 3 weeks later, the EXACT same apples fell disappointingly flat! Just barely sweet and they were not as visually appealing as the 1st bag either. I should've inspected & selected more carefully. This bag has been here a week & only 2 eaten so far! 😫

Probably will never buy these again no taste at all and when you cut them open some are rotted on the inside

These apples are large, delicious, and sweet. These are been on our grocery list for about 6 months.

This bag of apples had worms. I informed the customer service desk the next time I was in the store and they replaced it at no charge to me
