Very creamy and tangy. Combined with the jumbo shrimp and farfalle and a few other ingredients for a memorable dinner.

Great texture, extra creamy when warmed up with the french baguette. Price point is much lower than a standard store while getting more product.

Cheese overall as a brand is fine. The two particular wheels chosen for my curbside pick up were close to expiration date which was disappointing.
