Very good cheese

Nowhere near as good as the Affinois Fromeger, but I guess that's been discontinued. It was more expensive so maybe it didn't sell as much. Too bad.

We love buying Brie, and this brand is great. It's not quite a soft as some can be, but the flavor is great.

How do you get inner wrap off. It was stuck to cheese and moldy so it needed to be removed. I ended up wasting a good part of the cheese scraping off paper and mold. Not worth the trouble. Will not buy again.

Make sure that your expiration date is a month out from when you're buying it. Less than 3 weeks and expect a high ammonia aroma and flavor. A month or farther out on expiration means you can eat the rind as well and no ammonia!
