Came on time. Needs two people to move. Expands once opned. Soft and conforming to you body. I suffer from bad back this mattress has helped tremendously. No more turning at night because bed causes pain from being on your side.. Does not feel hot so cool gel must work. . Best decision for a bed i ever made regret not buying earlier.

We have had this for about 30 days and just LOVE it! We aired it out and walked on it for a couple of days before slepping on it and it is perfect! Had a Sleep Number before this and never really liked it - this matterss is really comfortable for both people who like a firm bed and also those that like a softer bed - it is both! The price can't be beat. We are very satisfied with our purchase.

We had purchased a less expensive mattress and frame from the same company for our daughter & son-in-law in 2009 and they loved it! The frame developed a problem in 2012 and they replaced it, no cost, no hassle. We have had our mattress for 1 month and LOVE IT!

Loved it! I shopped and shopped online and in store for the right Mattress, all were very expensive. I had heard that the less inches on a memory foam bed the less comfortable it would be. I had seen at a Furniture store an 8" memory foam king size mattress over $1000. I have made major purchases with Sam's Club and all have been great Reviews and till this day those Items work great and are quality. I was Skeptical at first and scared to buy a Mattress from online but so happy I did. I saved money, and is great quality. I have seen reviews below about sinking in and I don't know how they would sink in? My husband weighs 175 and I weigh 140, so I don't see how!

This bed is absolutely amazing. From the second we got it out of the box. It is not hot to sleep on. Its quite nice. The firmness and the softness is Just right we are both heavier people and have no problems sleeping on this bed. There is a very good review on sleep like the dead website comparing this bed to the temperpedic Obviously for a fraction of the cost it may not last as long as the temperpedic but the savings is worth it. I Have to say this again as many times as its been said. If your on the fence about getting this bed. Because of you not being able to see it. GET IT!! YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!

Purchased end of September. Kinda heavy for me but hubby and I got it loaded (had delivered to business address) and in the house on a dolly. From there, was able to help him open up packaging and move mattress to our room. It did have the smell everyone described but we slept on it the first night and within a week I didn't notice it anymore. It is a big help with the other person rolling around and waking the spouse up. It feels great to lie down; it molds around you but still has a firmness to it. Love the idea that I never have to flip or spin! It's a keeper and I would definitely buy another one!

Mattress comes in a plastic wrap, in a bag, in a box. The instructions telling you to open mattress within 72 hrs of receipt, and instructions on how to remove mattress from bag are found in the rolled up mattress in the bag. As we were putting the mattress on the platform I happened to see the instructions fall from the mattress onto the platform. We retrieved them and I discovered we shouldn't have let it stay in box for several days before putting it on bed, and I learned how we should have removed it from bag. 1st morning I had a lot of back pain, 2nd morning the back pain was so bad it hurt to move my left leg to walk, 3rd morning just a little back soreness, 4th morning and after I was fine. My night time hip pain as greatly lessened as has my husbands. When I was reading reviews I wished there were some done after reviewer had mattress for a year or so, but I knew I would never remember to do one that far down the road. Bottom line; the mattress is fine.

I've waited a couple months to write this review so that I had time to get used to it in case there were any changes. I'm happy to report this mattress has been amazing! I am pregnant and in my third trimester and the support has made my nights so much more comfortable and the king size makes shifting easier as well. The king size is also great for when two little ones climb into bed with us in the morning. My husband likes more firm and I like softer beds so we tried this one based on the reviews and we are both happy! We didn't buy the box spring and instead went for a basic frame. With the frame, the bed is at about a 25' height which, for us of average height, is fine. SHEETS: wow, this was more difficult to figure out then expected. I went with sheets that fit 15 and 16' mattresses and they both fit well. I have not put a mattress cover or pad on so that is the fit without anything extra. The only small thing we are noticing with the transition to a memory foam bed is that it seems a little hot. This mattress is the gel infused MF so it should have more air flow but we are still noticing that. It's nothing we can't handle with less covers though. I hope this review helps because reading reviews helped me decide on this bed because the price is great and the bed is fantastic!

I am a 210 lbs. 50 y.o. male side-sleeper. This mattress is perfect for me. It is sitting on a solid plywood based Captain's Bed.. It's not any hotter than any other mattress I have owned & seems to be a bit cooler. Sheets and mattress pads play a HUGE role in how hot/cool you sleep at night BTW. I love my Dr. Oz recommended cool sheets & pad. I tried a couple of other gel/memory foam mattresses from another warehouse that were too stiff. I added gel toppers to them & it made them too soft. I've tried traditional mattresses costing up to 3 times as much that I hated after about a year. The price is right, take a chance, return it to Sam's if you don't love it like I do.

Great quality product. Very soft and good looking mattress. I bought a king size mattress and it perfectly fitted in my wooden king bed frame. Mattress is not getting warm or particularly cool. It was delivered on time. Delivery guy brought the large card board box inside my apartment and it was easy to open and spread.
