My husband and I are of the opinion that within 5 years any mattress will need to be replaced. So why should I spend $2000 on an over priced mattress that will last 5 years when I can buy a better valued mattress for $500. That is only $100 per year of a perfect nights sleep. We have never slept on a foam mattress. The cooling gel is just right. I have yet to be hot when sleeping. The best thing is when my husband flops to move in bed I don't even feel it. The delivery was right on time and putting it on the bed was simple but does take 2 people for just a few minutes...

We replaced an 8 year old memory foam mattress which had just worn out. After reading the reviews I chose this one. It was like sleeping on a cloud night one. No odor like others mentioned. I also don't have the joint pains I was experiencing with the old mattress and don't toss and turn anymore. You'd have to spend at least a couple thousand dollars on a name brand bed to get the same quality/comfort. We love it.

We have only had the mattress for a couple weeks, but my wife and I are both really sleeping well with very little adjustment, as others have noted. Now we just need to see how long the product lasts. I feel that the initial cost was minimal compared to other similar mattresses.

Mattress comes in a plastic wrap, in a bag, in a box. The instructions telling you to open mattress within 72 hrs of receipt, and instructions on how to remove mattress from bag are found in the rolled up mattress in the bag. As we were putting the mattress on the platform I happened to see the instructions fall from the mattress onto the platform. We retrieved them and I discovered we shouldn't have let it stay in box for several days before putting it on bed, and I learned how we should have removed it from bag. 1st morning I had a lot of back pain, 2nd morning the back pain was so bad it hurt to move my left leg to walk, 3rd morning just a little back soreness, 4th morning and after I was fine. My night time hip pain as greatly lessened as has my husbands. When I was reading reviews I wished there were some done after reviewer had mattress for a year or so, but I knew I would never remember to do one that far down the road. Bottom line; the mattress is fine.

Have only been using mattress for a week, but so far it is comfortable and provides a good night's sleep. Quality of materials appears to be good and is not hot, so gel layer is working well. Was very easy to set up, but may be difficult for one person to carry.

Our ages are 72 & 62 and our old mattress long needed to be replaced. We felt comfortable making this purchase from reading the reviews. We have had this for about 30 days and just LOVE it! We aired it out and walked on it for a couple of days before slepping on it and it is perfect! Had a Sleep Number before this and never really liked it - this matterss is really comfortable for both people who like a firm bed and also those that like a softer bed - it is both! The price can't be beat. We are very satisfied with our purchase.

I've only had this bed for a few days, but so far I love it! I wasn't sure how I would feel about what I would call a "soft" mattress. After reading so many positive reviews, I decided to take a chance. I am a side sleeper and thought that my knees and shoulders would sink into the bed too much. Not the case. It molds nicely and I'm not tossing and turning trying to relieve pressure points anymore. I find it comfortable on back and stomach too. I would highly recommend this. Only downside is it does have a strong smell. If you can open it and let it air, the smell dissipates quite a bit in 2 days. Also, be careful when you open the box. There is only a plastic wrapper covering the mattress. It could easily be torn with a knife!

We had purchased a less expensive mattress and frame from the same company for our daughter & son-in-law in 2009 and they loved it! The frame developed a problem in 2012 and they replaced it, no cost, no hassle. We have had our mattress for 1 month and LOVE IT!

It's been well over a month and we have been pleased with this mattress. We've had no issues with it. We also have had no miracle cures for our aches and pains either, but we didn't buy it for that reason. We bought it because we wanted a reasonably priced king size mattress and we wanted foam, mainly because either one of us may get up during the night and we didn't want to wake the other and it's worked great for all reasons we bought it,
