As you, I spent several months trying to figure out why compatible memory foam mattresses where three times the cost of this one. After question the hassle return policy of SAMS I decided I had nothing to risk. Ordered the mattress on Friday, received 5 days later via fed ex. Let the mattress expand for 48 hours as the directions stated. Am now sleeping like the dead! I love this mattress. This is one of the best purchases I have made. Would recommend HIGHLY!

I have to tell you that for the past 9 years my husband and I have been sleeping on the same mattress and we would always say we need to buy a new bed and finally we did! We actually bought the bed from all the great reviews people wrote about this bed and I have to tell you they weren't lying.. This bed is absolutely amazing, I never slept better and I honestly didn't wake up with aches and pains like I usually did and I am only 29 years old lol. I didn't feel my husband move and I just have to say you will love the bed and you will look forward to sleeping in it. I PROMISE! I had a mattress cover that I spent some money on and put it on the bed but had to take it off because it ruined the comfort of the mattress. So the mattress is wonderful how it is. So trust me buy this bed I can't say it enough :) happy sleeping!!!!

We pondered the idea of a memory foam mattress after buying a more expensive brand for each of our sons. When we saw the memory foam mattress in Sam's Club for a much cheaper price, I went online and read the reviews. Our pillow top mattress was only four years old at the time, so we didn't think we could possibly need a new one. Yet every morning my husband and I woke up feeling sore. When the price dropped a few weeks ago, I researched the mattresses again. I didn't buy the brand in the store, I bought this mattress from the web site that had 200+ positive reviews. For the past two years my hips have been killing me. Each time I would stand up from a sitting position I'd be hunched over until I could stand upright. After riding in a car for more than 15 minutes my hips would be so sore. I was very concerned as I'm only 48. My doctor suggested physical therapy. I could not believe it that after only two nights sleeping on this bed my hip pain was almost gone. Even after sitting for longer periods I can stand right up without any discomfort in my hips. I look forward to going to bed every night. My husband and I both love it. He is always a warm person and hasn't complained about the bed making him feel warmer at all. It is definitely worth the price. Look at the money and time I saved not having to go to physical therapy!!

I did a lot of research on finding a mattress for my son. His only request was it be a memory foam mattress. Many were way out of my price range, mostly because of the name attached to the products. I tried Sams Club website to compare quality and price. After researching I needed to find not just a memory foam but also one that had gel. I didn't want my son to over heat in his sleep. I was nervous being delivered through shipping. All turned out wonderful! His sleeping has improved, he's very happy and I saved a lot of money purchasing from Sams. Reading the reviews was a tremendous help. What we got could of been thousands but our purchase was under $500.00 with FREE shipping! Very Satisfied!!!!

My Husband and I really like our new bed. It is comfortable and well worth the money. No more tossing and turning or sleepless nights. I would definitely recommend this bed. A little firm but not too much. We bought a King size for ourselves and liked it so much that we bought a full size for our guest room.

My husband was skeptical when I told him I wanted to order a mattress online based solely on the positive reviews, but this mattress proved him wrong! The mattress expanded to it's full size within a full day, and it's so comfortable - I can't even feel him move in bed. We put this mattress right on a platform bed, no box spring, and the height is perfect. Definitely recommend this product.

The bed has gotten better each night. The first few nights it was hard and difficult to get comfortable. That has changed and now I really like it. I guess it needed broken in. The delivery was horrible though. The bed showed up in a torn box and left out in the rain. Lucky for them it was wrapped in thick plastic. Not sure if FedEx or Sam's is to blame but I was really upset to see my new bed delivered in that condition.

Was skeptical with changing to a foam mattress. Read all the reviews and decided to go with it. Slept very well starting with first night. Takes a little getting used to a mattress that doesn't move when you move or my husband moving. We had a pillow top before. We have a German Shepard that has never slept with us but, once we got this mattress she will not get out of it. Every time we look she is in bed and just looks at us. Got my daughter an 8" version and she also loves!

We have had over a month now. Almost no smell... We love it... Had a old sterns and foster...and then a sealy... this one is great... not hot, and wife sleeps great. Me 49 she 41... super comfy...We got a wool topper and it has been great!!! Thanks Sams.

I ordered this item on-line. It was shipped FedEx Ground and arrived two days earlier than expected. The mattress comes in a box and does not require a box spring since it is memory foam. We just got the new king size platform bed the same day the mattress came. We waited the 48 hours for the mattress to air out before we attempted to sleep on it as reccomended. You actually sink into the mattress.The firmness of this memory foam mattress is suppose to be a medium but is actually very soft and plush. If you want a soft plush cool feel this would be a good choice but if you prefer a med/firm to firm it is too soft. The cool gel is a good description since it is exactly that. We have had it almost a month now and are in process of returning it for a firmer brand. I filled out the on-line return request a week ago and have not yet gotten a response so hopefully will get some information soon regarding the return so I can order a firmer model.My husband has been sleeping on the floor on the old mattress since then.
