Assembly as an add-on service was paid for and scheduled through Angi. Confirmed service date and time, immediately started receiving spam text messages about the service. On the day of the confirmed appointment, the service tech no-showed. Angi still hasn't refunded my money.

He did any amazing job. The net wouldn't close all the way due to parts being bent. I didn't want to take it back down to return it after the man spent a lot of time putting it up.

This service wasn't requested. I had already asked to cancel it and receive a refund. They still showed up a week later to set up my trampoline, even though it was already assembled in my yard. And i still havent gotten my refund

This was money well spent! Just knowing my grandbabies are safe jumping is worth it to me. It was assembled in a timely manner, with care. I didn't get a chance to say thanks.

They changed the scheduled appointment to assemble multiple times and then canceled completely

This was not completed by the original person and I had to hire someone else to complete it.

They were late they didn't assemble completely. They were unresponsive. Had to call Angie multiple times not a good time

Missing lights, that's my only downfall I was exited for the lights for our evenings with the kiddos
