I wish I can give this trampoline assembly service a zero star The handyman showed up today but didn't complete the job. Angi then asked him to spend more time to complete job. The professional first agreed, but afterwards walked away, leaving me with a 70% assembled trampoline and a mess in the back yard. The handyman is the worst contractor I have ever worked with. Extremely unprofessional, rude, and irresponsible. It's such a joke I later contacted Angi. all they can do is to book another pro to finish the job, but they were unable to do anything corrective to the handyman. I was also unable to leave a detailed review for the handyman. So I guess after walking out on me, this handyman will continue stay on the platform, with no consequence to his behavior and unprofessionalism My advice based on this experience. Stay away from the Angi platform. They have no idea how to manage the professionals to ensure an acceptable customer experience
