The trampoline itself was very nice. It was large enough. I was a little disappointed and the basketball goal. It was very amateurish week doesn't hold up when the children are playing on it. The trampoline itself is good. The net is good. It doesn't seem to be tidying up, there's a little you know it kind of wags a little bit as the children jump on it. It's leaning. The size is perfect. I do like it. The children love it so I'm satisfied with it overall the young man who put it up did a fine job. He did arrive late, and I think he had to pause up for a little while during the setup of it. I would've liked to have had someone who was a little bit more professional arrival one time or at least contact you to let you know he's running late thank you.

They were unable to finish a job since the unopened trampoline was missing pieces. The guys were fine, they were on time and explained the best they could (lack of speaking English) that they couldnt finish the job. So the 3 stars is not based so much on them as it is they dont carry parts, did not offer any type of solution or even off to see if I could get any type of refund since they couldn't finish the job which wasnt my fault or theirs.

I complained about this a day after it was set up. I paid a $150 to get it set up and it is messed up. It's a hot mess. Please replace or come and fix

The guy who was hired was supposed to come out Friday . He didnt show until Sunday. Then he said I was missing parts... so I contacted gdvd for parts... then, I found the parts in the trampoline padding. all of the parts he said I was missing. my dad and I ended up putting it together and saved $158 .

terrible experience. we not go with assembly through Walmart and angi again. there is like zero communication about when someone is coming to do the assembly. pros are able to drop your job with no notification to you and you're left in limbo. I ended up cancelling the service and going with task rabbit. I'm still waiting on my refund from Walmart for no service

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Purchased Assembly service and the so called professional put it together backwards. ANGI DOES NOT provide the professional service they advertise. They also say they guarantee and back up their so called professionals. THEY DO NOT. I now have a non functioning trampoline in my backyard that my special needs grandson CANNOT use. It's just an eye sore in the backyard. They won't even come out and disassemble so I can at least return it. I am a disabled veteran with mobility issues trying to provide some calm for my autistic grandson. I saved up for this trampoline on my fixed income. DO NOT use the ANGI services. It's not worth the frustration. When you try to resolve the problem , all you get are ANGI representatives obviously reading from a script.

They never got anyone to assemble the trampoline. I have been waiting for 2 weeks and had multiple reschedules, and then they canceled and didn't refund.

Our trampoline installation was extremely disappointing and ultimately unsafe. Several parts were not assembled correctly. The support poles were not connected properly, and the protective spring cover was never pulled over the outer rail the way it should have been to cover the springs. We also were not told that the trampoline was going to be anchored, and the sprinkler and lights that came with the trampoline were never installed. Because the frame and poles weren't secured correctly, the first strong wind lifted the trampoline off the ground. This caused multiple poles to pull apart. My husband had to remove the springs just to get the trampoline back on the ground, and we had to weigh it down ourselves to prevent further damage. Photos are included to show the issues. Overall, the installation was careless and created a safety hazard for our family.

The add on service for assembly is a joke. The first time they came they began the assembly and then realized that one of the boxes was missing (not their fault, it came later). After rescheduling the second guy, sits in his car for half an hour and then leaves. The third time, the "professional" arrives with his dog and begins to assemble without understanding the instructions, thereby causing too much tension on one side of the trampoline which caused the frame to snap. I've contacted the manufacturer and they do not have the spare parts so now i'm stuck with 90% of a trampoline I cannot use and will need to return.

Assembly as an add-on service was paid for and scheduled through Angi. Confirmed service date and time, immediately started receiving spam text messages about the service. On the day of the confirmed appointment, the service tech no-showed. Angi still hasn't refunded my money.
